The Space

Doolin Haven adheres to its name by offering a relaxing sanctuary – an ideal place to return after a day of exploring, whether you are hiking in the Burren or strolling through Fisher Street. The accommodation consists of a downstairs bright open plan living area with Smart HD TV, books, DVDs, a comfy couch and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, 4 ring gas cooker and oven, kettle and toaster). The kitchen is also stocked with tea, coffee and utensils. We also provide a few breakfast items such as milk, juice, jams, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, honey and cereals. A toilet and shower is located downstairs with complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. Upstairs there is a bright spacious double bedroom overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Extra bed linen and towels are also provided. The decor is cosy and homely with a carpet floor upstairs and neutral colours throughout. Wi-Fi is available and there is free parking in front of the accommodation.

Location

Doolin Haven is located near a farmyard and is 9km/15minute drive from The Cliffs of Moher and 4.5km/7 minute drive from Lisdoonvarna. Doolin Haven overlooks part of the village and a 5 minute drive/30 minute walk brings you to the heart of the vibrant village. Our cosy accommodation is set on an elevated site away from the main road so privacy and peace and quiet are guaranteed.

Getting around Doolin and surrounding areas can be challenging unless you choose to rent a car. There is public transport close by but with limited service. Another option would be to hire a bicycle from Doolin Rent a Bike. We would definitely recommend having a car if staying in our Airbnb.

I’ve stayed at many AirB&Bs across Ireland. Without a doubt, this is one of the best! Eimear goes above expectations. Everything you can imagine is at the Doolin Haven. You will not be disappointed to stay here. Will definitely be returning here!

They went above and beyond to make us feel at home—greeting us upon arrival and stocking the cottage with breakfast foods (they even checked for and accommodated food allergies!). The cottage was comfortable and immaculate. Truly a home away from home kind of place.
